Introduction to Inland Compounding Pharmacy

Inland Compounding Pharmacy provides quality solutions with maximum benefits for a healthier you.

We are excited to say we've been established for seven years, and still growing, sharing many experiences with you, our patients. We have been providing compounding services primarily to the Inland Empire Area of Southern California. Our goal is to work together with Prescribers and Patients to solve their healthcare problems by providing modified formulations, unique delivery methods, or new innovative solutions.
The Pharmacist, Raylene Mote, Pharm.D., brings to ICP over 30 years of experience and a relationship that has been built by serving the Prescribers and Patients in the Loma Linda University Medical Center and other Prescribers and Patients in the Inland Empire. Her reputation for quality, service, and fair pricing is the reason that so many Prescribers and Patients are excited about working with her in our new pharmacy.
We are located in Loma Linda, California, just east of the I-10 and I-215 interchange, in the heart of the Riverside/San Bernardino Metropolitan Area.

Heather Winn, C.Ph.T - Certified Pharmacy Technician

Heather graduated from Bryman College in Anaheim as a Pharmacy Technician in November of 2003. She was looking for a new line of work that would be more rewarding than working in a warehouse. With both her parent’s being diagnosed with cancer and both of them having to experience chemotherapy, Heather was curious as to what was going on in their bodies and why the treatments were affecting them the way they did. Perhaps as a Pharmacy Technician she could find some answers. “Joining the Inland Compounding Pharmacy family is the best thing I could have asked for, besides being a Pharmacy Technician, I have the opportunity to help people.” Heather received her PCCA Certification in Compounding in April of 2005, and completed her testing to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician in September of 2005. Heather enjoys singing, dancing, making jewelry, sewing, watching movies of all kinds, and going to plays of all types. She also loves spending time with her family and friends. Heather has accomplished one of her goals, to visit Hawaii, and her next goal is to go and stand among the old castles in Ireland. We appreciate the contribution that Heather is making at Inland Compounding Pharmacy, and we are proud of her achievements.

Mark Ulloa - Pharmacy Technician

“I graduated from United Education Institute in August of 2004. I chose a career in pharmacy, because I like to help people. So, I am satisfied knowing I have an important job in helping patients live better. I would like to explore other areas of pharmacy and possibly go back to school to become a Pharmacist in the future. I thank ICP for the opportunity to work for them and learn about an unconventional side of pharmacy that fits the patient with a customized treatment.”

Melissa McCarty - Pharmacy Technician

Ian Martin - Pharmacy Technician - Part Time

"My name is Ian Martin. I graduated from Maric College, Riverside, CA, in 2005. I chose the Pharmacy profession due to the fact that making people happy is what I love to do and being in this field I have a hand in life changing experiences for individual patients. Ultimately, I would like to be a Pharmacist, or go into Forensics, which would be my last step in the medical field. ICP is the first step in this process, and I'm thankful for this opportunity."

David Wilamart - Intern Pharmacist - Technician

Laura Kiser, C.Ph.T. - Certified Pharmacy Technician & Office Manager

"My general background includes working for an International Consulting Firm for 17 years during which I managed several contract programs and traveled extensively to The United Kingdom, Europe and all over the United States. After a short time back to school, I became a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist. Managing a Chiropractic office for 4 years, running both the front and back offices, I learned that working with people is what I really enjoy doing most. Having the opportunity to help other people on a personal basis is a great experience and what life's all about. For the last three years I've enjoyed being a part of the Inland Compounding Pharmacy's team, and look forward to a long relationship. I'm a native Californian, married for 26 years, and have 3 wonderful sons and a new Daughter-in-Law. I enjoy bowling, sewing, Bunco, my animals, and being with my family."
