Welcome to Take Shape For LifeInland Compounding Pharmacy would like to introduce our new wellness program, Take Shape For Life. This program is designed to teach you habits of health so that you can enjoy having optimal health and well being for a lifetime. In the Take Shape For Life program you will have an individual health coach to assist, monitor and teach you how to obtain your health goals.
The Take Shape For Life system is made up of Four Phases;
Phase 1: The focus of this phase will be to establish what is your healthy weight or goal weight. You will do this with the 5 & 1 meal plan. You’ll eat five Medifast meals and one Lean & Green Meal each day until you have reached your goal weight.
Phase 2: This phase will teach you how to balance your energy in (Food Intake) with your energy out (Exercise). Your individual health coach will show you how to maintain your new weight while teaching you the foods that can be incorporated back into your diet. Introducing exercise into your daily routine will also be part of this phase.
Phase 3: This phase is all about Optimizing your Health. You will continue to work with your health coach to increase your energy output (Exercise) while also increasing your energy intake (Food Intake). You will have an individual exercise coach that will design an exercise routine to aid you in this portion of the program. With the balancing of proper diet and exercise you will be able to experience optimal health in your life.
Phase 4: This phase will teach you to utilize the Habits of Health program to support a longer, healthier life as a result of Optimal Health. You will learn the secret of life extension through this phase by showing you how our bodies function in the aging process and how our calorie intake can prolong our life spans.
